Check-in/out:

On arrival:
rooms are available from 12.00. If you arrive earlier and wish to take advantage of the day by skiing, we offer a changing room.
Departure:
we ask you to leave your room by 10.00 to allow us to clean it for the next guests.

Early departure:

In case of early departure, we will charge the room for max. 7 days.

Ski rental:

15% discount for ski rental at the ski-school Selva - www.noleggiosci.eu

Ski lessons:

10% discount for collective ski lessons at the ski school Selva - www.scuolasciselva.com

Animals:
we reserve the right to accept dogs according to our needs.

Accepted payment methods:
we accept payment by cash, Bankomat and Credit Card (Visa-Mastercard).

Deposit:
bookings are confirmed only after the payment of a deposit.

Tourist tax:
according to the resolution of the Provincial Government from the 01.01.2024 for the accommodation establishments at the prices shown will attract a tourist tax of 2,80 € per person (aged 14 years and over) per day. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay, it is only payable on departure.

In case you have to cancel your holidays, please contact us, as soon as possible in written form.
We try always to find a good solution for both sides.

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• In case of cancellation till 60 days before arrival: 30% of the total price (deposit).
• In case of cancellation from 14 days on before arrival: 70% of the total price less the paid deposit.
• In case of no show: 100% of the total price less the paid deposit.
• In case of earlier departure: 100% of the total price less the paid deposit.

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Val Gardena Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
